Dee Bryant’s journey of service began in the U.S. Army, where she completed 21 years of honorable service. Her career is a testament to the power of integrity, determination, and faith. As an African-American woman breaking barriers in military leadership, Dee has inspired many to follow in her footsteps.

Her achievements have not gone unnoticed. In 2023, Dee was named the Empowered Woman of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), a prestigious honor celebrating her contributions as a leader, innovator, and advocate for positive change. Her recognition includes being featured on the Nasdaq billboard in New York City a moment that highlights her influence on a global stage.

Yet, Dee’s greatest pride lies in serving others. Whether through motivational speaking, writing, or mentoring, she dedicates her life to making an intentional difference in the lives of young people and professionals alike.

Our Journey

Dee Bryant Inspired LLC was born in March 2017, shortly after Dee’s first book, Holding On and Not Giving Up On Self, was published in 2016. Witnessing the growing issue of low self- esteem among young people, Dee committed herself to addressing these challenges head-on. By sharing her own life experiences, speaking at events, and hosting engaging discussions on topics like overcoming failure, self-doubt, and losing hope, Dee has been a source of inspiration for many.
Her second book, Girls Wear Combat Boots Too, published in 2019, was created specifically for children, aiming to instill a sense of confidence and a “can-do” attitude. Through this book and her continued efforts, Dee emphasizes the importance of resilience and determination, showing young people that they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
Today, Dee’s dedication extends beyond youth, as she also inspires professionals in Corporate America to embrace leadership, overcome obstacles, and create lasting change.
